We have been using SMB Technologies for over two years and we have been extremely happy with their quality of work and customer service. One of our experiences with SMB really stood out. Our practice management software was running on Macs but the company that developed it decided to stop supporting the application. We thought our options were to either replace all our computers to Windows based systems or find another Mac compatible practice management software. SMB informed us of another option to convert our existing Macs to run Windows so that we can use a Windows based practice management software without buying all new hardware along with it. We were not looking forward to going through with any of these options but decided to go ahead and convert our Mac hardware to run Windows on them. SMB scheduled to start the conversion on a day that the office was closed and completed the conversion in just a couple of hours for all six of our computers. Since then, we have been happy with our practice management software and our computer system has been running smoothly. I can’t say enough great things about Ron and Russ for the great IT support that we’ve been receiving from them!
